DWS Center is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. DWS collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

DWS Center does not directly utilize cookies for any functions of our web site, besides our signup form and client login portal. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user.

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

We will only share aggregated demographic information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. An example would be an off network stats program. We do not sell any lists or contact information to any third parties.

If a client wishes to send DWS Center a testimony of services, this testimony may be used on our main page, which may include the client's first name, and website information, along with the testimony, all other information such as email of client, address etc will be kept confidential to DWS Center. If you wish for your testimony not to be published please state this on the testimony submited to DWS Center and we will not publish your Testimony of Service.

DWS Center takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage. In the extreme case that DWS Center has to cease operations, and wishes to sale to another webhosting provider, we will notify all users 10 days prior to sale that DWS Center will no longer be in operation. At this time we will give all users the chance to opt out of the sale and any information of such client will not be included in sale and will not be given to the new owners.
